The improvement of 2010 ANEEL Resolution 414 – General Conditions of Supply -, subject of Public Hearing 049/2011, is on the next public meeting agenda of the diretorship board, to be held tomorrow (April 3rd), at the headquarters of ANEEL, starting at 10am.
The hearing 049/2011 is planned to be divided in two sessions, one for the general improvement of the regulation and the second is aimed at the specific improvement of art. 218, which rules the transfer of public lighting assets.
