The average effect of 2.59% to be perceived by consumers served by ENERSUL (MS) will not be applied due to the concessionaire´s nonpayment of charges with the payment of the electricity sector. The decision was made today (04/03) during a public meeting of the board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL).
The new rates of the distributor will become effective on 04/08.
The impediment of the adjustment for non-payment of charges in the electricity sector is described in Article 10 of Law No. 8631/1993.
Check out the rates to be applied to bills of captive customers of the distributor in accordance with the consumer class:
