The public consultation addressed various aspects related to the Product Quality phenomena. In the discussion of the Harmonic Phenomena, Voltage Unbalance, Voltage Fluctuation and Short Term Voltage Variations, the Consultation dealt with aspects of the Measuring Instruments and Measurement campaigns related to these phenomena.
