The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) has approved the Basic Project of Small Hydropower (SHP) Salto do Guassupi. Located in the Guassupi river, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, and owned by company Salto do Guassupi Energética S.A., the SHP will have total installed capacity of 12.199 MW.
