The deadline for contributions to public hearings 027/2012 starts next Thursday, April 26th.The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss procedures and deadlines for implementing the processes for the first round of tariff revisions of cooperatives delivering electricity public services (1CRTPC).
The plan is to define the procedural rite to be observed during the cycle, which includes: deadlines for each stage of the revision process, the duties of internal and external agents, deadlines for the provision of data and information, meetings with external agents, among other topics.
Contributions can be sent by May 25, 2012, to the e-mail address: ap027_2012@aneel.gov.br, via fax (61) 2192-8839 or to the mailing address of the Agency (SGAN, Quadra 603, Modulo I, Térreo, Protocolo Geral, ZIP: 70830-030), in Brasília (DF).
