The National Agency of Electrical Energy (ANEEL) approved on Tuesday – April 24th – to open the public hearing No. 026/2012, whose purpose is to review the Normative 421/2010, which addresses the criteria for calculating the Amount of Replacement and hiring additional staff to the National Interconnected System – SIN.
The measure meets the request of the Brazilian Association of Independent Power Producers (Associação Brasileira dos Produtores Independentes de Energia Elétrica – Alpine), who requested the rectification of the norm as to fit the definition of the amount of replacement described in Decreto n. 7.521/2011.
