The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) opened public consultation No. 004/2012, aiming to discuss the database that will be used for calculating the usage rates of the Distribution Systems (TUSDg) applicable to power plants connected at a voltage level from 88 to 138 KV, referring to the 2012/2013 rate cycle. Proposals will be received until 05/18.
The methodology for calculating the TUSDg, regulated by Normative Resolution 349/2009 represents a locational approach, in which the rate depends on the connection point and requires the representation of the electrical system. With the public consultation, the agency intends to discuss with society the correct representation of the assets comprising the Unified Networks (RUs) in the database of TUSDg.
