Third revision of IENERGIA (SC) will be discussed in open court

The initial proposal of the Third Rate Revision (RTP) of company Iguaçu Distribuidora de Energia elétrica Ltda.(IENERGIA), which takes effect from August 7, 2012, is undergoing public hearing. The measure was approved during the Board of Public Meeting today (05/15) and the deadline for contributions is 05/17 06/25.

In the revision of the concessionaire, we applied the methodologies adoptedin November to the 3rd cycle. The Periodic Rate Revision process is meant to examine, after a previously defined period in the concession contract (usually four years), the economic-financial balance of the concessionaire. It also approved the new limits for power quality indicators (DEC * and FEC **) of the concessionaire for the period from 2013 to 2016.
