The start of a public hearing to discuss the preliminary proposal of the Third Rate Revision (RTP) of Força e Luz de Urussanga Ltda.(EFLUL) was approved today (05/15) by the National Energy Agency(ANEEL), it will take effect from August 14, 2012. The hearing will receive input from stakeholders in the period from 05/17 to 06/17.

In the revision of the concessionaire, we applied the methodologies adopted in November to the 3rd cycle. The Periodic Rate Revision process is meant to examine, after a previously defined period in the concession contract (usually four years), the economic-financial balance of the concessionaire. It also approved the new limits for power quality indicators (DEC * and FEC **) of the concessionaire for the period from 2013 to 2016.
