Fonte: ANEELIt starts on Friday (05/18) the deadline for submission of contributions to Public Hearing No. 036/2012, whose purpose is to discuss the budget proposal presented by the National System Operator (ONS) for the cycle from June 2012 to June 2013. The suggestions can be sent until 06/06 to the e-mail address ap036_2012@aneel.gov.br. The decision was taken by the Board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) for the Public Meeting last Tuesday (05/15).
In its proposal, the agency had a total of BRL 511,219, of which BRL 426,444 relating to costing items, BRL 73,717 to the Plan of Action and BRL 11,058 relating to acquisitions and improvements. The ONS is a legal entity under private law in the form of civil, nonprofit association, and its regulation and supervision is under the responsibility of ANEEL.
