Fonte: ANEELThe Board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) has approved the opening of a public hearing to discuss the update on arrangements for the Registration of Defaulters with intra-sectorial obligations, besides disciplining the application and electronic issuance of the Certificate of Due Performance.
One proposal concerns the revision of the intra-sectorial obligations under the Registration of Defaulters, with the inclusion of compensation to the states, as provided for in Law No. 9991/2000 and the Certificate of Breach of the Behavior Adjustment Commitment – TAC.
Another idea is to suspend the enforceability of debt by court and other procedures applicable when the value is being discussed in the judicial sphere.
