Fonte: ANEELThe National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved on Tuesday (05/22) during a public meeting of the board, the transfer of direct corporate control of electricity distributor Elektro Eletricidade e ServiçosS/A.
With the decision, they performed the transfer of corporate control of the concessionaire, previously owned by Empresa Paranaense Comercializadora Ltda. (EPC) to Iberdrola Brasil S/A.
The Agency has 120 days to perform the transfer, from the date of publication of the authorizing resolution of the Official Journal of the Union (DOU).
The ANEEL inspection examined the financial probity and legal regularity of the potential holder (Iberdrola) and recommended approval of the transfer, subsequently authorized by the board.
