Fines imposed on companies in the industry are maintained

The Collegiate Board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) has decided to retain fines imposed on four companies. Among the infractions are non-conformities in the determination of individual indicators of continuity (DIC and FIC) and noncompliance with the implementation schedule of Small Hydropower Plant (SHP) Imbé I. The decision taken during the Public Meeting of the Board last Tuesday (05/22) closes the possibility of appeal at the administrative level. (VS/PG)
