The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency rejected the Hydroelectric Inventory Studies for Rios Caí (RS), Ribeirão Pindaíba (GO) and Aguapeí (SP).The owners of the studies are, respectively, Performance Centrais Hidrelétricas Ltda., L&S Par Ltda. and Gamma Energia S.A.The decision can be seen Dispatches No. 1726, No. 1760 and No. 1761.
