The Public Hearing for the Periodic Tariff Review (PTR) for Empresa Luz e Força Santa Maria S.A (ELFSM) was approved today (5/29) by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency’s (ANEEL) collegiate board.The deadline for sending contributions is 5/31 to 6/29. Tariffs go into effect starting August 15, 2012. See the preliminary average index approved by the company below:
