Fonte: ANEELToday (07/05) starts the deadline to send contributions to the public hearing N° 006/2012, which main purposeis to discuss theelaborationof a regulationact to be issued by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL, in Portuguese) to approve the second compilation of the Commercialization Procedures (PdCs, in Portuguese) applicable to the New Accounting and Liquidation System (SCL, in Portuguese). It is constituted by the following sub modules:Calculation of Energy Reserves; Financial Liquidation of Energy Reserves; MCSD Monthly, Free Trade and Annual 4%; MCSDStaggered Hiring; Financial Liquidation of MCSD Cessions and MCSD Ex-post.
Contributions are to be sent until July 19yh to the following e-mail: cp006_2012@aneel.gov.br, or faxed to +55 (61) 2192-8839 or posted to the Agency’s address: SGAN, Quadra 603, Módulo I, Térreo, Protocolo Geral, CEP: 70.830-030), in Brasília (DF).
