The National Agency of Electrical Energy (ANEEL) opened Public Consultation No. 007/2012 to discuss the purges associated with indicators of continued distribution of electrical energy.The content can be accessed by interested parties here.
Aiming to improve legislation on the subject, the consultation aims to discuss the most relevant aspects of interruptions in electricity supply caused by exceptional events.Several aspects such as the international context, regulations of reference, definitions and proposals for improvement are discussed.Finally, the query is presented as the main purpose of advertising interruptions considered purges.
Contributions will be received until the day 10/08/2012 through the email address cp007_2012@aneel.gov.br.The Superintendent of Regulation of Distribution Services (SRD) will examine the contributions and then submit the case to be analyzes by the Board of ANEEL, with further participation of society by means of Public Hearing.
