Next Monday (September 10th) starts the deadline for submission of contributions to the Public Hearing N º 066/2012. The hearing aims to discuss the amendment of Resolution No. 412/2010, which deals with the process of authorization for hydroelectric power processing exceeding 1MW and less than or equal to 50 MW, which do not qualify as Small Hydropower Plants (SHP’s).
The purpose of the hearing is to clarify which documents are necessary for the assessment of permit, and, in particular, the matter related to the delivery of digital files of the studies being required only after the authorization is accepted or under ANEEL’s express request, in case of competition. The permit represents the consent with the basic designs of hydroelectric processing projects.
