Fonte: ANEELThe Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – ANEEL) clarifies that Provisional Measure # 577, which handles the intervention for adjustment of the electricity service, foresees in its article 5, paragraph 4, so that the homologated results of the tariff reviews and readjustments may be applied in the intervention cases.
This way, since 8/31, when the Resolution approved by ANEEL in the Government Newspaper, the readjustments are being practiced in the concession areas of the distributors Cemat (MT), Caiuá Distribuição (SP) and Empresa Elétrica Bragantina (SP). These companies were hindered from readjusting the tariffs due to lack of payment of sector charges.
Distributors Enersul (MS), CELTINS (TO), Companhia Força e Luz do Oeste – CFLO (PR), Concessionária de Distribuição de Energia Vale Paranapanema – EDEVP (SP) and Companhia Nacional de Energia Elétrica – CNEE (SP) were already practicing the tariffs homologated by ANEEL. For this year, the indexes approved by the Agency for the concession companies from the Rede group that did not apply the readjustment are the following:
