Starts on September 17 is the term for the submission of contributions to the Public Hearing # 071/2012, whose aim is to review the chapter on Normative Resolution # 414/2010 which deals with the telephone service provided by the concessionaires of electricity distribution..
The hearing suggested some changes, for example, the definition of the quality of telemarketing will be measured not only by indicators daily and monthly, but yearly; modifying the deadline for submission of monthly report telemarketing the 15th to the last day of the month following the calculation period, besides changing the period in which the distributor must store the original reports of equipment and computer programs which give rise to monthly reports of 24 to 60 months.
