Fonte: ANEELThe board of the National Agency of Electric Energy (ANEEL) approved today (09/13) the opening of public hearing No. 69/2012 which will discuss how to reset Fossil Fuel Consumption Account (CCC) values ​​corresponding to the fuel consumed above the limits set by ANEEL.

During inspection the Fuel Consumption Account (CCC) held during the periods from 1999 to 2005 and from 2006 to 2011, ANEEL found inconsistencies between the stocks of fuels reported by Dealers and inventories calculated for surveillance.This difference is primarily concentrated in the amounts of fuels covered by the CCC-ISOL in face of fuel consumed above the limits established by ANEEL (specific consumption) and the management of fuel stocks.

Before that, it was determined the return of the amounts for inventory deficits calculated.The AP will support the discussion on how to return the amounts as well as the financial impact that may cause the companies to the repayment of the CCC.
