The executive board of the National Agency of Electric Energy (ANEEL) approved today 09/13) the opining of Public Hearing No. 070/2012 to discuss the approval of internal restrictions that affect the boundaries between submarkets used in the calculation of the Difference Settlement Price (PLD).
Normative Resolution No. 477/2012, adopted in March this year, establishes the conditions and procedures for internal representation of the electrical submarkets constraints that impact the ability to exchange between submarkets in the calculation of PLD.
The standard provides that ANEEL shall confirm annually the electrical constraints to the use of the Chamber of Electric Energy Commercialization (CCEE), after public discussion process, based on reports prepared by the National System Operator (ONS).
