Fonte: ANEELThe College Board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) has decided to approve the internal restrictions affecting the boundaries between submarkets used in the calculation of the Differences Settlement Price (PLD). The decision was made today (11/13) during a public meeting of the Agency’s board.
The issue was discussed at the public hearing 070/2012, which took place between September 17 and October 17. Restrictions should be used by the Electricity Trade Chamber (CCEE) for calculating the PLD. Normative Resolution 477/2012, approved in March this year, establishes the conditions and procedures for representation of the internal electricity restrictions that impact the submarkets in the exchange capacity among submarkets in the calculation of PLD.
According to the standard, ANEEL shall approve annually the electricity restrictions for use of the Electricity Trade Chamber (CCEE), the after public discussion process, based on reports prepared by the National System Operator (ONS). Check here the contributions to the public hearing. (VS/PG)
