Fonte: ANEELA public Hearing will be discussing the methodology for defining the Distribution System Use Tariff (TUSD) that is directly applied to consumer units connected directly to secondary or tertiary buses, classified as Other Transmission Facilities (DIT) of substations of the Basic Network. The proposal was approved today (11/13) by the College Board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL).
The TUSD is intended to pay for the use of the distribution system at a given point of connection to the system, comprising specific components, whose conceptualization and the respective criteria for adjustment and review are defined in Normative Resolution 166/2005. The purpose of the hearing is to gather support to improve the proposal of definition of the tariff that will be applicable in cases of consumer units that are directly connected to secondary or tertiary buses.
Those interested may send contributions in the period from November 16 to December 17 to the email ap099_2012@aneel.gov.br, fax +55 61 2192-8839 or to the Agency’s address (SGAN, Quadra 603, Módulo I, Térreo, Protocolo Geral, CEP: 70.830-030), in Brasília (DF). (VS/PG)
