Interested parties have until by 29/11 to send contributions to Public Hearing 098/2012, which aims to discuss the criteria to be adopted in the extraordinary calculation of the Distribution System Usage Tariff – TUSDg – applicable to generation plants in 88kV and 138kV. The hearing is being held concurrently with the PH addressing the Transmission System Usage Tariff (TUSTs) to redefine values of charges relating to the tariff component TUSDg-T payable by each distributor, pursuant to REN 349/2009.
Both hearings are in accordance with Provisory Measure 579/2012, which determined the extraordinary review of transmission system usage tariffs and distribution concessionaire tariffs, assuming the generation, transmission and distribution concessionaires have anticipated the effects of extensions of their grants.
