Fonte: ANEELThe Board of Directors of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) [Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica] approved last Tuesday (11/27) the establishment of a public hearing to discuss the proposed Normative Resolution establishing criteria and conditions for validation of registration of contracts of purchase and sale of electricity within the scope of the Chamber of Commercialization of Electricity (CCEE) [Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica].

The Public Hearing is a tool to support the decision making process of the Agency of wide consultation with civil society, which precedes the issuance of administrative acts. Its main goal is to collect subsidies and information from society for matters under consideration and offer stakeholders the opportunity to forward their claims, opinions and suggestions regarding the subject matter.
