Trading Rules applicable to NSCL under hearing

The board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) decided last Tuesday (12/11) to hold a public hearing regarding the Trading Rules applicable to the New Accounting and Liquidation System (NSCL). The Agency’s purpose is to collect contributions on the drafting of a regulation concerning approval of 16 modules of these rules.
 
The hearing should receive contributions from today (12/12) to 12/21. Check below the 16 modules of the rules under hearing:
 
i) Physical Warranty Module;
 
ii) Agreement Module;
 
iii) MRE Module;
 
iv) Exposition Handling Module;
 
v) Reimbursement Module;
 
vi) Charge Module;
 
vii) Result Consolidation Module;
 
viii) Voting and Voluntary Contribution (Governance) Module;
 
ix) Financial Warranty Module;
 
x) Energy Penalty Module;
 
xi) Power Penalty Module;
 
xii) Reserve Energy Penalty Module (new module);
 
xiii) Transmission (TUST) and Distribution System Use Tariff (TUST) Discount Calculation Module;
 
xiv) Regulated Environment Electivity Trade Agreement Sale Revenue Readjustment Module – CCEAR by availability;
 
xv) Reserve Energy Contracting Module; and
 
xvi) Physical Warranty Quota Regime Module (new module).
