Lot C belongs to CPFL Geração with negative goodwill of 39,42%

Fonte: ANEELLot C of Transmission Auction # 07/2012, held by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) [Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica] this Wednesday (12/19), was auctioned by CPFL Geração de Energia S.A for R$ 8.8 million, with negative goodwill of 39.42% in relation to the initial Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP – Receita Anual Permitida) of R$ 14.6 million established by the Agency. RAP is the revenue which the entrepreneur will have the right to for the transmission service starting from when the installations’ commercial operation starts.

Lot C is composed by the Piracicaba substation, located in the state of São Paulo, which will contribute to increase the trustworthiness of the transmission system and to decrease the loss level.
