Lot D, composed by the Marimbondo II –Assis Transmission Line, located in the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, was auctioned by Consórcio Triângulo Mineiro during the Transmission Auction # 07/2012, held by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) [Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica] this Wednesday (12/19). The Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP) offered by the company was R$ 29.01 million, with a negative goodwill of 18.89% in relation to the initial Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP – Receita Anual Permitida) established by the Agency of R$ 35.7 million. RAP is the revenue which the entrepreneur will have the right to for the transmission service starting from when the installations’ commercial operation starts.
The purpose of the enterprise is to contribute to the flow of energy to be generated at the Belo Monte Plant, besides allowing the maximum dispatching available of the already tendered plants of the Teles Pires River and an exchange for the southern region of 9 thousand megawatts.
