LOT E, which goal is to serve the transmission systems of municipalities of the states Ceará, Paraíba and Rio Grande do Norte, was auctioned by Abengoa Concessões Brasil Holding S.A for the value of R$ 31.9 million. The offer represented a negative goodwill of 30.7% in relation to the Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP – Receita Anual Permitida) established by the Agency in the value of R$ 46.1 million. RAP is the revenue which the entrepreneur will have the right to for the transmission service starting from when the installations’ commercial operation starts.
Lot E is composed of two substations and one transmission line. The prediction for entering in commercial operation is 36 months and the estimation is for the creation of 1,420 jobs.
