in the last college meeting held in December, 21 2012 the board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) [Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica] officially approved the annual generation revenues (RAGs) of the hydroelectric plants with the concession extended by Provisional Executive Act # 579.
The RAGs homologated represent the taxation cover for the the term from January,1 to June, 30 2013. Check here the RAGs’ value per Hydroelectric plant.
