The board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEE)L approved the regulation upon the warranty establishment by the franchise holders and authorized companies for generation, transmission and distribuition of electric power.
36 contributions from nine agents in the sector were sent within the public hearing term. The agency abided the contributions regarding the conceptualization of emerging rights; the establishment of guidelines for analysis in cases of previous consent; flexibilization of financial limits contained in the dispensation formulas due to the important cut down on the interest basic rate leves (SELIC) and and the greater especification of the offer tutelage of linked assets under warranty.
