The reopening of Public Hearing 111/2012, which aims to discuss the regulation of calculation procedures relating to the annual tariff readjustment process of cooperatives with permits for electricity distribution, was approved on Friday (2/1), during the Public Meeting of the Board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL).
The extension of the period was requested by the National Confederation of Infrastructure Cooperatives – INFRACOOP, which requested a minimum period of 30 days for the cooperatives’ studies under development to be completed and submitted to the Agency.
The deadline for submission of contributions had ended on January 25 but is now extended until February 25.
