The stakeholders may send contributions to the Public Hearing, which objective is to collect subsides for the approval of the Auction Edict# 01/2013 which is designated to the public service providing of electricity transmission in the states of Piauí, Pernambuco, Ceará, Maranhão, Goiás, São Paulo, Paraná, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte, Pará and Tocantins. Ten lots will be auctioned, with concession contracts from a period of thirty years. See below the description of the lots.

The transmission lines are contemplated in the document “Consolidation of Basic Network Projects– period of 2012 to 2014”, prepared under the guidance of the Ministry of Mines and Energy – MME. The transmission installations shall go into commercial operation in the term of 22 to 36 months, counted starting on the date of signing of the concession contracts. The auction is expected to be held in May at the BM&FBOVESPA headquarters, in São Paulo.
