Discussion about the Tariff Review for CEMIG in BH (MG) is delayed

The live session of the Public Hearing to discuss the 3rd Tariff Review for Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais (Cemig), expected to be held tomorrow (03/01), in Belo Horizonte (MG), was delayed. There is still not information about the new date and place.

The session has the objective of debating the proposal for preliminary readjustment of 9.06% for the residential consumer in Minas Gerais. For the industries, the proposal is of an average reduction of – 2.51%. The hearing will also discuss the quality of the service and the limits for the continuity indicators *DEC and **FEC for Cemig stipulated for the period of 2014 to 2018.

There is still no information about the extension of the deadline for sending the proposals.

After the end of the contribution period, the subject will be deliberated in the Board of Director’s meeting, which will decide for the final index to be practiced by the distributor starting 04/08/2013. Cemig Distribuição S.A serves seven million consumer units in 805 municipalities. (PG/JS)
