After the end of the contribution period, the subject will be deliberated in a Board of Director’s meeting, which will decide for the final index to be practiced by the distribution company starting 04/19/2013. The tariff review is foreseen in the concession contracts and has the objective to obtain the balance of the tariff based on the remuneration of the companies’ investments aimed to the providing of distribution services and coverage of expenses effectively acknowledged by ANEEL. It is applied in the distribution concession companies every four years, on average.
