The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – ANEEL) informs that, during the period of 03/07/2013 to 03/28/2013, the process of public consult is open to all the shareholders with the objective of obtaining subsidies for the technical specification of the tender designated to the hiring of specialized legal entities for service providing of development and maintenance of systems.
The documentation object of this Public Consult, the model for sending contributions, as well as the criteria and procedures for participation, are available for the shareholders or can be consulted on the internet (www.aneel.gov.br), “Consuemr’s Space” area (“Espaço do Consumidor”), on the Hearings/Consults menu (Audiências/Consultas), Public Consults (Consultas Públicas), in Consult 002/2013. The contribution can be sent by letter to the Agency’s address SGAN – Quadra 603 – Módulo I – Térreo/Protocolo Geral, Zip Code 70.830-030, Brasília–DF and by electronic mail to the e-mail “cp002_2013@aneel.gov.br”.
