Interested parties can send contributions to Public Consultation no. 03/2013, which has the objective of discussing the proposal for the normative resolution that sets the conditions and applicable procedures for positive and restrictive registries within the ambit of the Electric Sector.
The idea is to create a positive registry of the sector that includes the general registry of blocked agents; registry of sector entities in default (governed by REN.358/2009) and declarations of lack of good standing.
