The board of directors of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – ANEEL) decided to extend the term for Ampla Energia e Serviços S/A until April 14, 2013. The Agency has accepted the request by the concession company to suspend for 30 days the determination of the tariff adjustment for the company. For such, ANEEL considered that there are still doubts about the implementation of Decree No. 7945 dated 2013 and that the postponement of tariff adjustment has no impact to the consumer. (DB)
