Fonte: ANEELIn public meeting held today (03/26), the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – ANEEL) approved a public hearing to collect contributions about the proposal of review of the criteria and procedures for release for operation in testing and commercial operations of electricity generation enterprises.

The proposal establishes that the registered generating centrals should submit to the release for operation in testing and commercial operation, if they commercialize energy in  the CCEE (Chamber of Electricity Commercialization – Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica) or with distributors.

In the draft of the proposal resolution the possibility of release for commercial operation of the generating unit to produce a restriction that prevents its full operation. In this case, the physical guarantee would be considered proportional to power that can be met by generating central.
