Starting today (04/04) and going until May 6 is the term for contribution of Public Hearing 033/2013 which discusses the improvement the Organization Standard which establishes the general procedures for registration and approval of viability studies and basic project for hydroelectric generation enterprises. The new provision proposed by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL – Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica) handles the unavailability of the hydroelectric potential when it is object of Administrative Resource.
The alteration of Organization Standard 001, approved by Normative Resolution No. 273, dated July 10, 2007, has the objective of avoiding losses that are hard to repair or of uncertain repair whenever hydroelectric potential is made available on which there is resources brought against.
